Healing from within to thrive as a whole

We believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe to explore what’s holding you back and empowered to create change. Our work is guided by a holistic, client-centered approach—looking at the whole person, not just the problem. We focus on your strengths, consider the systems that shape your life, and tailor our work to fit your unique needs. Whether you're facing anxiety, family conflict, or major life changes, we're here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Our backgrounds include working with diverse individuals, families, and communities. These experiences have shaped us into versatile, empathetic clinicians who meet you where you are.

The way we do things looks a little different

our approach

When I founded ReCentered Therapy, I created this practice with a clear vision: to offer a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives. As a clinician I value integrating evidence-based approaches with a warm, relational style. My work is rooted in a strengths- based perspective, helping clients recognize their inherent resilience. I am passionate about creating an environment where individuals can slow down from the stress of day to day life and reflect and move forward with clarity and confidence. As a practice owner I take pride in building a team that shares this vision. My goal in founding ReCentered Therapy was not only to support clients, but to create a practice that fosters growth in both the people we serve and the clinicians who are part of it.
