ReCentered Therapy is a small group practice that focuses on maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment for its clients. At our practice, we value looking at the client as a whole person. We find utilizing the client’s strengths, while looking at the systems in which they live, is the key to success. We focus on helping our clients examine these systems and learn how to find balance, establish healthy communication, and set boundaries. At ReCentered Therapy we treat adolescents, adults, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to clients’ needs and circumstances
- Meet with clients regularly to provide psychotherapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Involve and provide psycho-education to family members when appropriate
- Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality
- Seek routine continuing education opportunities for professional development and licensure requirements
Work Hours:
At ReCentered Therapy we prioritize the clinician's autonomy and ability to make their own schedule. The position is hybrid with a balance between remote and in person work. Clinicians are expected to be in person at our Windham, NH, office for a minimum of two days per week, one of which will need to be an evening based off of client needs. This is a full-time, contracted position (1099). Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 20-25 client appointments per week.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage time and complete notes in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
- Commitment to providing culturally inclusive and responsive counseling services
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution
- Current license as a Mental Health Counselor or Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Hampshire
- Pre-license candidates are encouraged to apply
- 2-3 years of clinical experience with proficiency in clinical documentation preferred
- Familiarity with various psychotherapy techniques and interventions
