  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic rapport with clients
  • Provide effective diagnosis and treatment for a range of mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with and educate family members when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality protocols

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, contracted (1099) hybrid role, offering a flexible schedule with a blend of in-person and remote sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, teens, and adults, and is eager to make meaningful therapeutic connections across the lifespan. We welcome licensed and pre-licensed professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and continuous growth.


  • Hybrid model: Remote work with in-person sessions at our Salem, NH office
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Full-time expectation: 25 client sessions per week

Schedule & Work Environment:


  • Biweekly pay
  • Per diem to begin, but possibility of salaried position once full caseload is reached
  • Flexible, self-directed schedule
  • Continuing education stipend

  • Liability insurance coverage
  • Consultation and supervision support (as needed for licensure)


Compensation & Benefits

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, 
  • Active license in the state of New Hampshire (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LCMHC)
  • Pre-licensed candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred, with strong documentation skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions
  • Culturally responsive, empathetic, and client-centered approach
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
